Nicole recently spent 3 weeks at UC Santa Cruz performing barite extraction on cores taken from the ocean floor. I went down for the last week she was there and did some hiking while she was in the lab. We managed to spend the last couple days in San Francisco. |

During my stay in Hong Kong I stayed with the family of my buddy Mark (a friend from Canada). They took us out to some great restaurants (dim sum!) and we went on some amazing hikes. |
